“Greg, the owner of Better Way Home Improvement responded to my initial call immediately. He arrived, on time, to give me an estimate for the job. He proposed Certainteed Monogram 46 siding which I determined through independent research is a high quality, high rated siding. Greg was extremely helpful in his description of the process and answered all of our questions completely and in detail. I had some time constraints in my schedule and Greg did his best to slip me into his existing schedule to meet my needs.
Greg and a helper showed up promptly at 8:00 AM on the scheduled start date. They worked a full 7 to 8 hours each day until the job was complete. The entire process took about 7 days. During the install, Greg continued to answer and questions we had and was flexible in accommodating and small modifications we requested. When the job was done, they cleaned up completely. All in all, this was one of the best contractor experiencedsI have ever had.”
